Setting the stage for Engage!25 at Sky Garden

Engage!25 The London Experience launched in spectacular style with Engage!Fest, held at the iconic Sky Garden this July. Perched high above the City of London, this lush rooftop oasis became the perfect stage for EC to open the celebrations with a bold welcome party, setting the scene for four days of inspiration, networking and connection.

Working closely with the Engage! team, Bruce Russell and other partners, we transformed the venue into a vibrant, festival-inspired space that invited guests to explore, connect, and celebrate against the backdrop of London’s skyline. As the production partner for the opening night, we combined creative scenic design and build with full technical production to deliver a bold, immersive environment:

Creative Design & Scenic Construction

The Immersive Floral Photo Booth

A mirrored structure enveloped in wildflower meadows invited guests to step in and snap. This whimsical installation quickly became the most photographed spot of the night. The photos speak for themselves. We worked closely with Neill Strain Floral Couture, the floral supplier, to bring this to life.

Festival-Inspired Food Stalls

From vibrant Taco and Dessert stations to a cheeky Burgers & Dogs kiosk, each food stall featured custom-built structures and bold, playful signage, bringing a joyful, elevated take on classic fairground charm. These perfectly complemented the delicious food prepared by Rhubarb, the caterer.

360° Bar with a Colourful Twist

A wraparound bar framed in cascading orange, red and pink fabric, finished with a fringe curtain that shimmered all night. Both a visual centrepiece and a buzzing social hub.

Technical Production

From performance lighting and custom-built staging to a full suite of speakers and sound systems, we set the stage (literally!) for a seamless show.

We believe the best events don’t just entertain, they shift how people feel. At Sky Garden, Engage!Fest did exactly that. It was bold, immersive and full of energy, and a glimpse of what happens when ideas are pushed further than expected.
