The brief required transforming the vast Turbine Hall at Tate Modern into an elegant, immersive space that reflected and integrated the brand’s identity while meeting strict venue and time constraints.
Our Solution
- Leveraging over 20 years as an accredited Tate Modern supplier, we navigated the venue’s complexities to deliver a smooth build, seamless show operation, and safe de-rig.
- The event design drew from the Founders Forum’s hexagonal logo, weaving it throughout staging, table formations and lighting to create a unified visual story.
- Creative lighting and design details shaped every moment of the guest journey, from the illuminated entrance, to a programmable ’carpet of light’ and sculptural photo moments.
- Our in-house team delivered full creative direction and technical production under one roof, managing sound, kinetic lighting, video projection and staging.
- Guided by our ‘envision, execute, evaluate’ philosophy, we balanced creative agency thinking with production company precision.
