V&A East Storehouse is a purpose-built home for over 250,000 culturally significant pieces, offering a unique Museum experience like no other. The venue provides a few options for spaces, which are customisable to the needs of your event.
The main space on offer is the Weston Collections Hall at the heart of the building which is an immersive room with infinite views of the venue’s artifact collection.
V&A East Storehouse also comes equipped with a welcome space, perfect for hosting a pre-event drinks reception, or for use as a blank canvas for events such as product launches or panel discussions.

No, this venue doesn’t have an outdoor space available for hire. However, The V&A South Kensington, which is a part of the same collection of Museums, can offer an outdoor space for venue hire, ideal for summer events.
Does the V&A East Storehouse offer day-time hire?
The Museum is open to the public 5 days a week until 6pm and the earliest event start time is 6:45pm (depending on the scale of the event and set up time). The venue is also unable to offer venue hire on Thursdays and Saturdays as it’s open later for the public.
Does V&A East Storehouse have a wedding licence?
No, V&A East Storehouse doesn’t hold a wedding licence. However, other venues in The V&A Museum family do, including V&A South Kensington and Young V&A.
