To mark the financial firm’s 15th anniversary, after a period of rapid transformation, the business needed to bring together 1,200 employees in the Bahamas through an experience that encouraged cross-functional connection and energised belief in the future.
Our Solution
- We organised plenary sessions, VIP speakers, evening dinners, networking opportunities, and a chess championship finals.
- We created a theatre-style summit with a 360° plenary space, floor-to-ceiling LED and curved staging.
- Each day featured tailored projected content, seamlessly integrating visuals and themes to celebrate the client’s achievements and future endeavours.
- Immersive features like holograms, a data tunnel and evolving daily themes encouraged active participation.
