The Challenge
The brief was to inspire and re-energise a community of over 600 accounting professionals with a dynamic live event after two years of virtual gatherings.
Our Solution
- We delivered a full 360 experience, orchestrating every element from content and breakout sessions to hospitality and entertainment.
- We transformed Old Billingsgate into a vibrant ‘market hall’, with the Grand Hall serving as the main stage and the Gallery and Vaults adapted for 20 intimate breakout sessions.
- A 30-metre LED screen created a powerful backdrop for the plenary, while branded details from QuickBooks-inspired cocktails to coffee cups designed to spark conversation ensured cohesion across every touchpoint.
- The experience culminated in Connectfest, a neon-themed closing party complete with a glow up station, roaming musicians and a silent disco.
