Event Concept welcomes Layla Holland to new role, Head of Creative
We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Layla Holland in the newly created role of Head of Creative.
Layla is responsible for devising creative strategies to ensure our client’s objectives are met, as well as overseeing the teams’ creative output to guarantee we are exercising creative ingenuity and delivering with the excellence and creative flair for which we are known.
Layla brings years of both B2C and B2B event experience, as well as a strong background in experiential marketing with a focus on immersive spatial design. She has worked with world-renowned brands from a diverse range of sectors, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Mastercard, Twitch, Argos, and Trinny London.
With an end-to-end view of each project, Layla brings strong strategic thinking skills to get under the skin of briefs, devising creative strategies that deliver results for our clients. She then pushes creative boundaries at each creative stage – from initial conception and 2D designs to 3D visuals and final artwork. Her unique storytelling approach captures audiences from the very first event touchpoint, such as an invitation or event promo, to event delivery, to post-event comms.
As a creative event agency, the addition of this role allows us to push ourselves even further when it comes to driving creative boundaries, storytelling, and creating immersive worlds for our audiences to experience. We are thrilled to have Layla join the already exceptional creative team.

Jessica MacGillivray, Client Director, says of the appointment: “Having Layla on board is going to massively further our commitment to providing our clients with creatively innovative experiences. Not only is she a very talented Creative who constantly thinks outside of the box, she is an articulate communicator who will complement and work well alongside our gifted creatives to deliver some amazing projects.”
